How Suppliers Show Up on DayOf

Around conferences and events, corporate and group buyers are making dozens of decisions at once in an unfamiliar destination. They want to book experiences the same way they book hotels. Instantly, priced, on a calendar. For suppliers, that means prepaid bookings without the proposal writing, custom quoting, and back-and-forth.

FAQ

Is my business a fit?

If you offer a service that can be sold as an experience, yes. Restaurants, tour operators, attractions, sports and entertainment venues, wellness and spa, golf, nightlife. If a group of business travelers with a few hours to spare would book it, it fits.

Do I need to change my pricing or give a discount?

No. You set your net rate. The buyer pays your rate plus a DayOf distribution fee. You receive exactly what you quoted.

What happens if a guest no-shows or cancels?

You still get paid. No-shows pay the full net rate. For cancellations, you set your own policy per listing. Once the cancellation window closes, the booking is locked and you're paid for it.

Do I have to sell exclusively through DayOf?

No. DayOf is a new distribution channel that runs alongside the ones you already use. Online booking services, DMCs, your own site, anything else. Keep all of it.
