Text messages from DayOf

What we send

DayOf texts people who use DayOf to run their events. Once you opt in, we may text you at the mobile number on your DayOf account:

• a text on the day of each event
• answers to what you text us
• confirmations when you check a guest in or save a note
• photos: guest photos your team added to DayOf, and DayOf’s contact card

Message frequency varies with your events. Message and data rates may apply.

Web opt-in

When you verify your mobile number in DayOf, during sign-up or in account settings, you can check this box. It is unchecked by default, and you can use DayOf without it.

Text opt-in

If you are on your company’s team in DayOf, text START to DayOf from the mobile number on your DayOf account.

Until you opt in, we reply only to texts you send. We confirm what you asked us to do, such as checking a guest in, and tell you when a text was not saved. At most once a month on each DayOf number, a reply ends with:

Help and opt-out

Reply STOP to stop all texts from DayOf, and START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or email contact@dayof.travel. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Your information

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile opt-in information, your phone number, or your consent to receive text messages with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. How we handle your information is in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
