You’ll kick off with a handcrafted dessert from Purebread, one of Vancouver’s most beloved bakeries, before heading to Gringo, a vibrant local taqueria in Gastown, for a standout taco.

From there, you’ll experience one of the city’s highlights: premium Oshi sushi from Miku, a reflection of Vancouver’s deep Asian culinary influence and its access to incredibly fresh seafood.

Next, you’ll get a taste of Gastown’s history with traditional Scotch eggs at Pourhouse, a nod to the neighborhood’s British roots.

The tour wraps up with our Secret Dish at Mink Chocolates, a locally loved chocolate experience that sends you off on a sweet, memorable note.
